Module 3 – Overview of the ISO 9001:2015 Changes

This module begins with a review of the history of the ISO 9001 family of documents  and  its  progression  from  1987  to  today.  The  course  then reviews  the  layout  per  the new  high-level  structure  from Annex  SL,  the  7 new  QMS  Principles  and  new  terms  and  definitions.  Students  will  then take  a  dive  into  the  significant  changes  that  should  be  studied  in  clause 4.0 through 10.0 while comparing 2015 requirements to those found in the 2008 version. Due to the length of this module, it is broken into Part I and II.
