12-Tool Business Management System
Our 12-Tools Methodology is the most effective and efficient means for immediate and sustainable transformation. Simple, highly visual communication tools provide guidance for each process owner to grow from daily chaos to a simple and sustainable approach to process mastery. In short, we teach leaders how to define, design and manage their teams, resulting in a processes at peak performance (PPP).
Compliance & Beyond
We’ve developed an extremely effective 12-tool business model that has been refined for decades. Founding partner and technical advisor Professor James Thompson developed this system as a streamlined and effective Quality Management System (QMS) for ISO global standards and compliance. After working with hundreds of companies over the past 20 years, we began to see how these tools are applicable for incorporating business planning, strategic marketing, and back-end support processes to drive full organizational excellence & best practices.
Management System in a Box
This approach has been the backbone of our services while acting as the baseline for various industry and ISO global standards for compliance. It is a straight-forward toolset and methodology that any organizational leader can customize and maintain to fit their business needs. Each tool is built using the Microsoft Office Suite of products that most leaders already know how to navigate (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). This organizational model provides the framework for mastering all the business processes you and your team manage.
12-Tool Methodology & Framework
Subject Matter We Support
Consulting Services
Our approach is far beyond the traditional consulting engagement. Our superpower is what separates us from the pack. Our methodology and experience comes from decades of experience as implementers, practitioners, certified auditors and master management consultants. Projects tend to focus on rapid business transformation such as:
+value creation for attracting investors for M&A
+revenue growth through strategic planning & strategic marketing
+bottom line growth through efficiency projects & Cost Reduction
+complex problem solving
+leadership overhaul
We work with our clients in a two-phase approach for rapid value growth.
Phase I: Discovery
The first step with any transformation project is to conduct a current-state assessment to identify gaps within the existing system or targeted process. From the gap assessment, we work with clients to create an implementation plan that includes clear details of the gaps observed, action item assignments, deadlines and progress tracking for each assignee. Cost for this phase is typically between $12k and $25k.
Phase II: Implementation
The implementation phase is traditionally much more complex than Phase I. Our engagement depends on the level of support is needed - advisory or coaching support to full implementation services. Our experience with implementation is where we shine. We offer support from project-level technical services to Fractional C-Suite roles. Cost for this phase is typically between $300-$400/hr (W-9) or $3000k-$400k annually (W-2).
